Our clients for this large Semi-Detached property required a double storey rear extension. Creating spacious new kitchen and dining rooms. Large bi-folding doors across the rear of the property opens up to the garden to maximise space and light into the house.

This property boasts a unique large fish tank design feature within the wall separating the living and dining rooms which required specialist design work by our team to ensure the floor above was supported exceptionally.

There is now more space for a growing family from the addition of an extra bedroom on the first floor.
